How I Design Your Journey

Designing a journey that feels seamless and deeply personal involves far more than booking hotels and tours.

Each itinerary begins with understanding why you’re traveling — what pace feels right, what experiences matter most, and how deeply you want to engage with a destination. Over time, my goal is to build long-term relationships with clients so I can develop a deep understanding of their travel preferences and design journeys that reflect them.

From there, I design an itinerary that balances meaningful exploration, exceptional hotels, and carefully coordinated logistics so you can simply enjoy the journey.

My Planning Process

Discovery

We begin with a conversation about your travel goals, interests, timing, and priorities. This allows me to understand how you like to travel and what kind of experience will feel most meaningful for you.

Following our discussion, I confirm the scope of your trip and provide the travel design fee before beginning the planning process.

Design

Once we begin working together, I collaborate with trusted partners on the ground and begin shaping an itinerary that reflects everything we discussed.

This includes researching hotels, guides, and experiences that align with your interests while ensuring the pacing of the trip feels natural and well balanced.

Refine & Prepare

Together we refine the itinerary until everything feels right.

Once approved, I confirm all reservations and coordinate the logistics behind the scenes so your travels unfold seamlessly.

During your travels, trusted partners on the ground are available to assist in real time should anything arise. At the same time, I continue monitoring the trip from the U.S., collaborating with local partners to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Travel Design Investment

My travel design fee reflects the research, collaboration, and coordination required to create a thoughtfully designed journey.

Throughout the process, I also serve as your advocate — helping you allocate your travel investment wisely, recommending trusted partners, and ensuring every element of the journey reflects both value and quality.

Single-destination itineraries
Starting at $750

Multi-country journeys
Starting at $1,500, depending on scope and coordination required.

Extended families and small groups
Trips involving multiple households or larger groups require additional coordination and planning. Design fees for these journeys typically begin at $1,500, depending on group size, destinations, and overall complexity.

Hotel Reservations

If you already have a specific hotel in mind and confirmed travel dates, I am happy to assist with the reservation. These bookings are complimentary and include preferred partner amenities whenever available.

If you would like guidance selecting the right hotel — comparing several options, locations, and room categories — a planning fee applies.

Hotel research and recommendations

Starting at $500, depending on the scope of the request.

Virtuoso and preferred partner reservations may include benefits such as room upgrades, daily breakfast, and resort credits when available.

Air research and ticketing can be included as part of a complete itinerary.
