Midlife has a way of sharpening perspective. It has strengthened my voice and made me more intentional about how I spend my time and energy.
That freedom has brought new questions. What does this next chapter look like? What do I want now? Who do I want beside me?
In conversations with friends, mothers, and women in every corner of my life, I realized I was not alone. Many of us have spent years building careers, caring for others, and putting our own curiosity last. Now we are beginning to ask what we want for ourselves.
We are curious about what is shifting in our bodies and minds. We are reevaluating friendships, passions, and purpose. We are ready to prioritize ourselves in ways we may never have before.
Soul Sister Sojourns was born from that realization.
There is something powerful about women traveling together at this stage of life. We arrive with experience, perspective, and stories already lived. When we gather intentionally, travel becomes more than a vacation. It becomes space to reconnect with ourselves, form genuine friendships, and experience the world in a way that feels purposeful.
These curated journeys are designed for women navigating midlife with openness, depth, and connection. They are not about escaping life, nor are they heavy “find yourself” retreats. They are about stepping more fully into life, with curiosity, confidence, and a sense of adventure.
Each experience is thoughtfully crafted to balance meaning with enjoyment.
On every journey, regardless of destination:
- Twelve women, maximum.
- Every woman has her own room. No shared accommodations, ever.
- A Soul Sister Sojourns host is with you the entire journey. From arrival to departure, handling the logistics and looking out for every woman in the group.
- An easy pace and a good flow. Enough time in each place to really experience all it has to offer, without rushing around.
- Structured days with real downtime. Time built in to grab a coffee or a drink with someone you want to know better, book a spa treatment, or simply retreat to your room.
- Planned encounters with local women. From guides and chefs to architects and historians, women who show you the place through their eyes.
- Luxury means space, time, and nothing left to chance. Private touring and transfers, beautiful hotels, every detail handled. You show up and enjoy the journey.
- Arrival day is for arriving. The journey opens with a welcome dinner rather than jumping into touring.
- A closing dinner on the final night. The last evening is spent together, sharing favorite moments from the journey before the goodbyes.
Each journey is thoughtfully designed in partnership with trusted local experts, with intentional pacing and careful attention to individual needs. Safety, comfort, and inclusion are foundational, allowing you to travel with confidence and ease.
