Your Design Investment
The design investment reflects the time, attention, and expertise I put into curating a trip that aligns with your travel style and preferences. This process goes beyond simply booking accommodations and tours—it involves meticulous research, crafting a customized itinerary, and leveraging my relationships with trusted suppliers to ensure VIP treatment and exclusive experiences.

As your advocate, I work tirelessly to ensure you get the best value for your vacation spend, optimizing every aspect of your trip without compromising quality or experience. I carefully select the best options to suit your needs, manage payments and logistics, and stay in close contact with suppliers on the ground to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll have peace of mind knowing that I am actively working in your best interest to deliver the highest standard of service and the most meaningful travel experiences.

Custom Travel Planning investment

For private, customized travel—which include hotels, transfers, guides and tours —my planning fees are structured as follows:

• Single Country Itinerary : Starting at $750
  ​
• Multi-Country Itinerary: Pricing varies based on complexity, number of destinations, and number of travelers. Please contact me for a personalized quote.

Hotel-Only Assistance​

• Hotel Research & Booking:  $500
  This fee applies when researching and gathering pricing from multiple hotels. I’ll provide detailed options and recommendations based on your preferences.
  
  
• Hotel Selection (client-selected with set dates): No fee
  If you've already chosen your hotel and have set dates, I will proceed with the booking and include exclusive Virtuoso amenities at no additional cost.

Note: For bookings through Virtuoso or other preferred partners, you'll receive VIP perks such as upgrades, daily breakfast, and resort credits when available. Each hotel and preferred partner includes customized amenities. 

Should you require additional components such as hotel transfers and activities coordinated through the hotel or 3d party, additional fees will apply (to be discussed as needed).

AIR TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

If you'd prefer to have me research, book and manage your flights during your travels, my fee is $150 per ticket.

​I'm happy to include air travel assistance as part of a complete itinerary. I do not book flights as a standalone service.

Group design investment

Because planning and managing group travel involves significant time and effort, there are specific fees associated with groups. Please contact me to further discuss your needs and for pricing based on number of travelers and complexity of trip . ​

Annual Planning SERVICES

If you travel frequently, you may want to consider investing in my annual plan. At a rate of $2,500 (renewable yearly), you will have access to my travel planning services throughout the year, whether that's for a full scale end to end trip or just a hotel for a local getaway. In all cases, you'll receive the benefits of having every detail managed while you continue to receive VIP amenities and privileged access along the way.

Corporate design investment

 For corporate retreats, wellness retreats, etc.
As an independent affiliate of Travel Experts, a Virtuoso agency, Concierge Vacations has access to the most desirable locations as well as to the executive team on property to ensure each detail is perfectly executed. Rates include research, negotiating contracts to maximize value, managing payments both on the backend with suppliers and from your clients, curating wow-worthy experiences for you and your clients, and providing consultations throughout. Simply put, I will manage all the travel logistics of the retreat so you can focus on delivering your program. Together, we'll create an unforgettable experience for your clients! 

On-site retreat management/facilitation can also be provided for an additional fee.

Concierge Services

I'm happy to provide assistance with the details of your travels that may include local restaurant reservations, tickets to museums, the theater, or sporting events, arranging special events, suggestions for local activities and self-guided tours. In these instances, concierge services are billed at $150/hour. Please contact me for details.
