Once you've settled in, you're ready to tantalize your taste buds during our Welcome Dinner as you indulge in mouth-watering meals that are perfectly portioned and oh-so-delicious. All the meals are locally sourced and farm-to-table fresh. Healthy never tasted so good!

We'll come together the next morning to learn about Exercise & Sleep (or lack thereof) and how it's a huge roadblock to wellness. The right kind of exercise can improve the quality of your sleep, just as better sleep practices can increase the effectiveness of your exercise routines.
In our private group session with Kristi Weber, Exercise Physiologist and certified Health Coach, you'll learn about how your timing and type of exercise can help or hinder your efforts to get a good night’s sleep. You'll consider behaviors that might stimulate or calm you before bed and take home practical exercises and recommendations for getting your best rest.

Day 3 is all about pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone as you explore balancing self care and support of others while you move in pairs across cables suspended 30 feet off the ground. Learn how to take care of your own needs while being there for those that count on you, all the while being cheered on by a community of like-minded women who have your back and help you rise to new challenges.
Making good food choices can be challenging. During this session, you'll learn how to select the right Food Combinations For Ultimate Health. In our private group session you'll hear from Nancy Teeter, Registered Dietician with over 30 years in the the food and nutrition industry, about the profound health benefits that can be attained by food synergy (nutrients working together) and get insight into how to apply that to your eating routines.
After a lunch break, we'll start the afternoon with some insight into Mindful Stress Mastery with a leading expert private group session just for the ladies on this retreat.
Learn how to change your relationship with stress and break through into a new way of living. Take home tools to begin an openhearted relationship with yourself, your life, and the world around you.
We’ll meet nightly for dinner to share our experiences and build lasting bonds with other phenomenal women. Feel the support and encouragement of your tribe when you show up as your authentic self.
There's ample time during this retreat to relax and reflect on your own and do what you need to feed your soul. There's also opportunities to join in on our daily group activity and share experiences with the other phenomenal women on the trip.
